SPIRITUAL REMINISCENCE BOX is a simple A5 pack of information produced by the Diocese of Wrexham to guide families, carers and pastoral visitors (i.e. Eucharistic Ministers, SVP etc) through the process of putting together a memory box that reflects the spiritual life of the person living with dementia.
It gives ideas of items that could be included to stimulate each of the five senses and also a CD of familiar hymns.
